1. No refunds on successful preorders
Once items have been ordered from the supplier, refunds are not allowed.
2. Refunds for damaged items:
Refunds will be made for items damaged during shipping from China to Nigeria.
3. Delays do not qualify for refunds
Delivery delays after the 2–3 months (or extended delays due to logistics issues) do not qualify for refunds.
4. Wrong orders by customer
Items ordered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
5. Refund processing time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
